Digital Marketing Specialist
Overview
Create engaging content for social media, manage day-to-day social media activities, design digital assets aligned with brand standards, and assist in video editing for brand storytelling and recruitment efforts. Lead digital brand awareness and member lead generation through email marketing, SEO, and content strategy. Optimize website content and conversion rates while collaborating with cross-functional teams on new member acquisition initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Marketing & Automation (AI-Enhanced)
- Plan and execute AI-optimized email campaigns (EDMs) to generate leads for web development, SEO, SEM
- Collaborate with the Creative Content Team and Design Team, using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to ideate copy and visuals
- Implement lead scoring and follow-up automation to qualify prospects before passing them to Sales
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through AI-assisted analytics and predictive insights
- Maintain email databases, ensuring PDPA and data privacy compliance
Lead Generation & Marketing
- Identify and explore AI-enabled lead generation channels beyond email (social media automation, predictive content, webinars, partnerships)
- Research and recommend automation-backed marketing strategies tailored for Singapore and Malaysia markets
- Support the Managing Director in developing scalable, AI-assisted lead generation systems
- Conduct competitor and market research using AI-based analytics tools
- Track and report on performance using automated dashboards and campaign metrics
Branding & Email Guidelines
- Design AI-assisted email templates that align with MediaPlus Digital branding
- Create marketing materials and pitch decks, using AI design tools (e.g., Canva Magic Studio, Adobe Firefly) for faster production
- Develop content and creative assets for branding in Singapore and Malaysia markets
- Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across all campaigns
- Coordinate with the Creative Design Team for visual assets and manage company presence on marketing platforms and directories
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or marketing automation roles
- Understanding of B2B services or digital agency environments
- Familiarity with web development, SEO, and SEM services
- Knowledge of AI marketing platforms (ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, HubSpot AI) for campaign optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret and act on campaign data
- Understanding of email deliverability best practices and PDPA compliance
- Basic knowledge of AI-driven personalization and automated workflow orchestration across marketing and sales systems
