WhatsApp Information

Subject to permissions granted by the user and applicable WhatsApp policies, WyraChat may access and process:

  • Outgoing messages

  • Message timestamps
  • Message delivery and read status

WyraChat does not access or process WhatsApp group conversations.

WyraChat only responds to incoming messages and does not initiate conversations independently unless otherwise authorized by the account owner and permitted under applicable WhatsApp policies.

 

6. Artificial Intelligence Processing

WyraChat utilizes artificial intelligence technologies, including models based on Alibaba Qwen, to analyze message content and generate responses.

Message content may be transmitted to AI processing services operated by or on behalf of AMAST Sdn Bhd solely for the purpose of delivering AI-powered functionality.

Where applicable, users may be provided with options to opt out of the use of their data for AI model training or improvement purposes.

 

7. Data Sharing

WyraChat does not sell personal information.

Information may be shared only with:

  • Meta Platforms and WhatsApp Business Platform services required for service operation
  • Alibaba Cloud infrastructure services used to host and operate WyraChat
  • Authorized AMAST personnel providing technical support or troubleshooting services

No information is shared with advertising networks, analytics providers, CRM platforms, or unrelated third parties.

 

8. Data Storage and Retention

WyraChat is hosted on Alibaba Cloud infrastructure.

User information and conversation data are retained until deletion is requested by the customer or account owner.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, AMAST will take reasonable steps to remove the requested information from active systems, subject to legal, regulatory, security, and operational requirements.

9. Security Measures

WyraChat implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction.

Security measures include:

  • Encryption in transit using secure communication protocols
  • Encryption of stored data
  • Access controls and authentication mechanisms
  • Monitoring and security management procedures

Despite these safeguards, no system can guarantee absolute security.

 

10. Access by AMAST Personnel
