WyraChat Data Deletion Instructions

WyraChat is a service operated by AMAST Sdn Bhd.
Users who wish to request deletion of their personal information or conversation history may submit a request by emailing:
support@amast.com.my
Please include:
- Your name
- Registered email address
- Registered phone number
- Description of the data you wish to delete
Upon verification of the request, AMAST Sdn Bhd will process the deletion request within thirty (30) business days, subject to any legal, regulatory, security, or contractual obligations that require retention.
Data that may be deleted includes:
- User profile information
- Conversation history
- Contact information stored within WyraChat
- Associated account data
Certain information may be retained where required by law, security investigations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance.
